Blaze Blue: Fire Starter 1st Form

This was going to be for the Pokemon ROM hack I was excited about. Unfortunately, that project died at an early stage.
Here is the sprite of the fire starter's first form. It was never named, but it totally reminds me of Okami. I didn't design it, the person who recruited me did.
